Adam has more than 14 years of experience in the TESOL industry, including the USA, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. He has worked in teacher training and academic management for 11 years now and has a great passion for developing new programs and helping teachers expand their syntax (grammar) and lexis (vocabulary) knowledge.

Adam has written books focusing on exam courses such as TOEIC and Cambridge and has developed numerous materials for these popular examinations. His first book that he published back in 1999 was on idiomatic language.

Adam has presented many times at teacher training and English teacher conferences and seminars, sharing his passion for teaching and learning.
