We offer you a great choice of quality accommodation options in the safe and relaxed environment in the Gold Coast region. Depending on your preferences and objectives, choose from our Homestay Family options or professionally managed Student Houses. In both cases, remember that our Accommodation Officer is always here to help you adapt to your new place and to your new life in Australia.

HOMESTAY
STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

If you are looking for a home away from home and want to experience the Australian culture, arrange to stay with one of our welcoming Homestay families. Choosing Homestay is also a good way to keep practising your English after school! All our Homestay families are carefully selected upon criteria such as cleanliness and tidiness of the house, easy access by public transport and their interest in learning about our students’ home countries and cultures.

Half-board during the week and full-board on weekends (16 meals per week)
Opportunities for interaction with your family
From 15 to 40 minutes traveling time to Langports by public transport. In some cases during peak booking periods or for shorter stay students, students requiring a specific diet or U18 students, travel distance may be up to 60 minutes, however this is rare.
Check-in: Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday before the course begins
Check-out: Saturday or Sunday after the course finishes
Early arrivals during the week will need to seek alternative accommodation until check-in on Friday
Late night arrivals (between 10pm and 6am) may need to seek alternative accommodation for the first night and check-in the next day

Under 18 students must stay in Langports homestay unless they are travelling with an immediate family member or have a family member living locally.

Under 18 students must book return airport transfers & follow under 18 rules/guidelines (this will be sent to you prior to payment)
Under 18 students should be home from school no later than 7pm between Sunday and Thursday or 10pm Friday and Saturday nights.
Any nights spent away from the host family must have prior permission of the Accommodation and Welfare Officer who in turn will obtain parental consent.

Students must book & pay for the homestay for the period of study or until they turn 18 years old.

Family Homestay + is subject to availability 2-4 weeks from your arrival date. If you book and pay for Family Homestay + and there is no availability, you will be offered alternative options and if applicable, a refund for the difference in price will be given.

If you feel more independent and would prefer sharing accommodation with other international students, you can reserve a room in a Student House.

All our Student Houses are professionally managed and offer single or twin rooms. You will share your bathroom and the lounge room with other students, and have access to the shared house kitchen to prepare meals.

Langports Student Apartments

Langports students can stay in one of Langports’ 5 student apartments. There are a range of room types which are subject to availability.

Located in Surfers Paradise.
6-7 min walk to Langports Gold Coast.
Students will have full access to all resort facilities including pools, gym, BBQ and a movie theatre.
Fully functional kitchen that is shared between the students.
Fully furnished apartment.
There is a laundry room in the apartment.
Private balcony offering great down town views.
Walking distance to Langports, cafes, shops, supermarket and Surfers Paradise beach.

Conditions

2 – 3 bedrooms per apartment (single and twin rooms available)
Bookings Saturday – Saturday
Compulsory airport transfer on arrival
Check in time: Saturday between 2pm-8pm – we must have a pre-arranged check in time
Check out time: Saturday 10am
Four weeks minimum stay
Bed linen provided, but students must pack their own towels
Students must keep the apartment clean and will be charged a cleaning fee if they do not
No internet provided
Students must agree to the terms and conditions before moving into the apartment
$150 cleaning fee charged on departure – deducted from the deposit
All students must pay a $400 refundable deposit on arrival. This can be paid by credit card and refunded (less the cleaning fee above) by credit card on departure.
At the end of the stay, the deposit will be refunded (via credit card) on departure only if: 
1. Students have not caused any damage in the apartment
2. The apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition
3. They have returned all keys and  
4. Their linen is not stained.  It does not need to be washed before you leave.

2025 Placement Fee > $320

Prices are per person per week.
