- Any nights spent away from the host family must have prior permission of the Accommodation and Welfare Officer who in turn will obtain parental consent.

If you feel more independent and would prefer sharing accommodation with other international students, you can reserve a room in one of our Student Houses. Student House Australia offers bright and clean accommodation within short walking distance to Langports.
All our Student Houses are professionally managed and offer single or twin rooms. You will share your bathroom, the dining room and the lounge area with other students, and have access to the spacious kitchen to prepare meals.
On the Gold Coast, Student House prices are ranging from $250 per week to $335 per week, depending on your preferred option.
Please note that students are unable to self-select a student house. Availability is dependent on students booking with advance notice (about 6 months). So please contact us before making a booking to confirm availability. If this option is unavailable, alternative options, including homestay, can be provided.

- $200 linen and key deposit is invoiced at the time of booking
- Minimum stay is 4 weeks. If the Student Houses are fully booked at the time of your enquiry, other options may be available

- Kitchen equipment, linen & towels provided. Linen change and bathroom sanitation is provided every 10 days.
- Facilities include king size single beds, a TV, a laundry machine. Building facilities include tennis courts, BBQ area, swimming pool. If students use complex facilities, they have to follow the rules applied to communal areas by on-site management. Strictly no parties and no smoking within the complex, security cameras are in use.
- Minimum age 18 years old
