Depending on your preferences and objectives, choose from our Homestay Family options or professionally managed Student Houses. In both cases, remember that our Accommodation Officer is always here to help you adapt to your new place and your new life in Australia.

HOMESTAY
STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

If you are looking for a home away from home and want to experience the Australian culture, arrange to stay with one of our welcoming Homestay families. Choosing Homestay is also a good way to keep practising your English after school! All our Homestay families are carefully selected upon criteria such as cleanliness and tidiness of the house, easy access by public transport and their interest in learning about our students’ home countries and cultures.

Located in Surfers Paradise, just a 6–7 minute walk to Langports Gold Coast, these student apartments offer comfort and convenience in a resort-style setting.

Apartment Features:

Fully furnished single and twin rooms.
Shared bathroom and lounge.
Shared kitchen with full cooking facilities.
Private balcony with downtown views.
Access to building facilities: gym, pools, BBQ, movie theatre.
Laundry in the apartment.
Walking distance to campus, cafés, shops, supermarket, and beach.

2–3 bedrooms per apartment
Mixed gender apartments (males and females).
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday
Minimum 4-week stay
$320 placement fee
Compulsory airport transfer on arrival
Check-in: Saturday (2–8 pm) | Check-out: Saturday (10 am)
Cancellation charge of 4 weeks rent will apply to all cancellations prior to arrival
$400 refundable deposit + $150 cleaning fee deducted at departure
