- Mixed gender apartments (males and females).
- Bookings from Saturday to Saturday
- Minimum 4-week stay
- Compulsory airport transfer on arrival
- Check-in: Saturday (2–8 pm) | Check-out: Saturday (10 am)
- Cancellation charge of 4 weeks rent will apply to all cancellations prior to arrival
- Bed linen included; bring your own towel
- Internet not provided
- Students must keep their apartments clean or face additional charges

$400 refundable deposit + $150 cleaning fee deducted at departure

- $220 cleaning fee upfront.
- Cancellation charge of 4 weeks rent will apply to all cancellations prior to arrival.
- No refunds after arrival unless a replacement is found.
- Students are responsible for keeping the apartment clean.

- 4-6 weeks >> $535 per week
- 7-11 weeks >> $520 per week
- 12+ weeks >> $510 per week

- 24/7 flexible check-in.
- $240 cleaning fee (<60 days stay) or RTA bond (60+ days).
- Linen pack available for purchase for $195.
- Inspection upon departure; cleaning fee if needed.
- No self-selection of apartments.
- Contracts are required for the entire booked period
